ammann//gallery was established in 2006; setting the intersection between architecture, fine arts and design as the cornerstone of the gallery’s program. Being one of the most important avantgarde galleries worldwide, ammann//gallery exhibits iconic contemporary art and design pieces while cultivating the best emerging designers from around the globe.

With a background in interior architecture, Gabrielle Ammann’s early career brought her into direct contact with internationally-renowned architects and designers such as Ron Arad, Marc Newson and Zaha Hadid, whose works she began to support through project initiatives and exhibitions.

Now, with international architectural photography and contemporary Asian art incorporated into the gallery’s program, Gabrielle Ammann continues her innovative approach providing a platform for groundbreaking and provocative pieces and installations.

In 2014 the gallery’s Indian designer Satyendra Pakhalé has been chosen to show his iconic fish chair in a limited edition of 99 pieces in a program called Design at Fairchild at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables, Florida.
